Refund policy
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving same and contact us immediately if the item/s is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: Refunds will only be made if the item/s do not represent the description on the website or if the item/s is/are faulty or damaged. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item/s. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 60 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at info@nanshouse.com.au.
Refunds will only be processed for purchases made from Nans House.
Exchanges and Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges unless the item/s is/are damaged or defective and we do not accept returns on items for change of mind.
Shipping and handling fees on return of item/s: Original shipping/postal and handling fees are non-refundable and all return shipping/postal fees are the responsibility of the person who purchased the item/s.
