Shipping policy

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning of items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you received a refund, the refund will be for the cost of the product only.

Orders placed will be posted to the address provided by the purchaser.  All purchases made from Nans House are made pursuant to a postage contract.  Risk of loss for products purchased from this web site pass to you upon delivery of the items.  You are responsible for filing any claims with postal/shipping/carrier services for damaged and/or lost goods.

The time it takes for your product to arrive will depend on where you live, postal times and various other factors outside the control of Nans House.

As far as possible, postage/shipping of your product/s will be via Australia Post.

If you are returning an item/s of considerable value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
